Baby Steps

I was incrementally productive these past two days - not "incrementally more", just "incrementally" - rising from the couch and accomplishing a moderate list of quite minor tasks, like...

- Finally updating my Flickr with the backlog of pics that have been building up since, oh, early Septemberish;

- Finally cleaning my coffee maker and Thermos for the first time in... too long (let's just say that my relative good health is something of a miracle);

- Finally calling my to-remain-nameless cable provider to purchase RDS (french TSN) so I can watch my Habs games this season;

- Finally cleaning out, blessing and firing up our pellet stove this season;

- Finally backing up my hard drive, thereby ensuring it won't fail for another few months - several hours before I will have planned to getting around to it again; and

- Finally preparing our Christmas budget, which is always somewhat stressful, somewhat depressing and somewhat overwhelming... somewhat. FYI: you're all getting hand-drawn portraits, as scribbled on the back of my holiday season bank statements.
