Addicted To Noise

Anyone remember this website? Kind of the pre-Pitchfork Pitchfork, but much less elitist if I recall. I once entered a contest on the site - I didn't win but they did send me a compilation CD in the mail. On said CD was the following song, which I absolutely loved at the time.
