Hurricane Kyle

...hit Yarmouth and Shelburne as a category 1, but took it easy on HRM. We didn't lose a single shingle. Regardless, Kyle was the top story on the national news this morning - before even the US bank bailout. I'm sure all of Toronto and Alberta are terribly upset that a few hundred of homes in south-eastern Nova Scotia are without power this morning. Just think of all the Muises, Bourques, Nickersons, D'Eons and D'Entremonts arriving late for work, all unkempt and unshowered. Screw you Wall Street - this is news to Canada.
