Thursday - 7 Days Before Christmas

With the Christmas vacation in sight, every day this week has felt like a Friday. This has been reflected in my work ethic and productivity I'm sure. I am also stupid tired, which I am loath to complain about given what Terri goes through each night, but here I am complaining about it anyway. Aaron = whiny jerk. I'd like to think that I'll be able to catch up on some rest once the holidays roll around, but realize that this won't be happening. The best I can hope for is to follow Lydia's sleep schedule and nap ferociously for a week or so. Ferocious napping - yay!

Re: Christmas shopping. I am done but for (tee-hee) a few remaining stocking stuffers for Terri and a stocking for the cats. Yes I do a stocking for the cats... shut up! I kill and wrap real moles and mice. They love it. As for Terri's gift: I'm waiting to have a miniature bronze bust of myself cast and engraved to sit above the piano. I hope it will be ready for Christmas - Terri will no doubt love having my likeness stare down over the living room all day every day while I'm at work. I can only imagine the squealing and surprise when she opens it on Christmas morning, but I hope she doesn't start making out with it while I'm sitting right there, that would be embarrassing. I will have the video camera ready nonetheless.

If anyone is looking for a cheap and (not so) wholesome gift for yours truly - a ripped copy of Dexter Season 3 would have me eternally grateful. As for cheap and wholesome gifts for everyone else - I would like to throw together an mp3 mix for download like I did last year if I get time. Stay tuned either way.

Excellent - I can only hope the party devolves that far.
