Five Days Until Neil

Some little known facts about Neil Young:
- Neil once lived in Winnipeg, and is actually Burton Cummings' father.
- Neil has a species of spider named after him.
- Neil is actually three different people, one of whom is David Crosby, while another recorded "Horse With No Name" for America.
- Neil doesn't remember the 80s.
- Neil nearly doubled the budget of The Last Waltz film when they had to edit some clearly-visible drugs from his nostrils. Related: Neil once stabbed Robbie Robertson with a sharpened wax candle. I believe this was backstage at The Last Waltz.
- Neil played the Metro Centre in Halifax in the late 90s on his Broken Arrow tour with Crazy Horse - I was there, drunk, and was nearly beaten up by a biker while another of our entourage spent the encore vomiting on the floor (I have told this story many, many times).
- Neil was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks.
- Neil is thinking he'd like to get a maid, find a place nearly for her to stay - just someone to keep his house clean, make his meals, and go away.
