Hey Aaron! My name's Peter, I'm terri's co-worker (Helena) 's boyfirend... phew!.. that took longer than necessary. Great pics man! I was wondering how you get that texture, kinda like a grainy film look. I've been working with a Rebel Xti and can't seem get that look. Are you using some software to modify them?!
These pics were taken with my old Pentax k1000, using ISO 200 (I think). No post-processing outside of some cropping and contrasting in Photoshop. The grainy belly pic was taken in somewhat low light conditions if I recall, at around 1/30 with a wide open aperture...
I just picked up a Canon digital Rebel too, and will be spending much of my time in the near future monkeying around with the settings. How much do you use the manual functions on these things? So tempting...
