It's been two weeks and still no word from DELL. No CD in the mail. No response to my emails or voice mail. Nothing.
Grr. Sigh. Whimper.
UPDATE: I called DELL and asked why I hadn't received my disk yet - they poked around and found THAT THE DISK HADN'T BEEN MAILED YET! It was "held up in dispatch for some reason".
So. Angry.
