Bracing For The Inevitable

It's freezing cold at the office today and I'm listening to Jimmy Cliff (reggae). It's nice. I don't have confidence that my computer will survive the DELL "fix" coming down the pipes so I'll be trying over the next week or so to get the most enjoyment from the music I will be losing for good (that would be everything I ripped from others, which is quite a bit). This list includes Portishead, some Rolling Stones, some Lightfoot, Plaskett, Luedecke, Battles and loads of other good stuff. They have become like my children (until they are supplanted by actual human children) - it is an added stress. DELL, I so hate thee. Past self, you suck too, for not having the foresight to back a lot of this stuff up to DVD.
