If I were to start up another blog, similar to the old fromthewomb mag, whereby I solicit entries from all y'all re: film, sports, music, fiction, photography, travel, viral, parenting, general interest, current events, pointless angry ranting, etc. - would there be any interest?
I think this time around, I would do things a bit differently, like - each writer would have a specific area of interest, and would be permitted to post their own entries without my editing (cough cough... Meat). But as before, it would still be a volunteer effort (i.e. for fun, no money, no ads). Still irreverent. Still totally amateur (yet readable). Still AWESOME. Bad interviews and pointless rants. Great fiction and great wastes of time. Lots of pics and maybe fewer confusing typos. I acknowledge that if any of you had/have an interest in blogging, you likely would have started your own blog by now (some of you have), but I like the idea of having everything posted on one site, with regular updates, with dedicated personalities addressing specific areas of interest. Y'know, like a magazine - a magazine whose catchy name I have yet to come up with. Plus, with so many (hopefully) contributors, you wouldn't be pressured to write every day or every other day...
It's being considered. Please let me know.
