- Turns into the Westminster dog show every night at 6:30;
- Is continually buzzed by low-flying Sea King helicopters from Shearwater;
- Has some friendly people, some not so friendly people, and some odd, ageless, ambiguous, chatty, dog-walking individuals... or at least one anyway;
- Has been hosting some great road hockey games of late;
- Mows every weekend and still uses that "illegal" lawn fertilizer you can buy everywhere;
- Has more than one vehicle in every driveway;
- Consists primarily of Pittsburgh Penguin fans; and
- Is where our new house is. Duh.
