These sites are banned at my workplace. During weekdays from 8-5, when people through either site try to contact me or post on my wall or request me to be their friend or comment on a photo etc. etc., I receive an email notification that something is happening that I cannot read, see or access. It drives me nuts.
That said, it was probably a wise decision by the company to ban these sites...
