54-40 - 'Sweeter Things: A Compilation'. I miss this album, and I don't know if its for purely nostalgic reasons, or because the music was great, or what. Probably both. I had this on cassette from one of my many 12-for-a-penny Columbia House purchases (hello David Lee Roth, Foreigner, Genesis, countless other shitty 80s bands). I should pick it up again on CD if I can find it. Many songs were pretty repetitive, with lyrics that were kind of trite, and some of the production was quite dated... but I heard 'One Day In Your Life' on the radio recently, and it sounded awesome...
